TERMS OF SERVICE

 

By working with Studio Kynd or purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms:

  • All projects require a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit to secure your start date.

  • Remaining balances are due as outlined in your proposal or contract.

  • Timelines depend on client responsiveness, timely feedback, and deliverables.

  • Studio Kynd reserves the right to pause or reschedule a project if communication lapses exceed agreed-upon timeframes.

  • Final deliverables will be provided once full payment is received.

We maintain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the custom and creative nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable. Each project represents dedicated time, research, and creative direction tailored uniquely to your brand. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we will always approach solutions with fairness, transparency, and respect for both parties.

AI USAGE

 

Studio Kynd occasionally integrates AI tools in its creative process (e.g., concept ideation, mockups, research support). However, all final designs, strategy, and written materials are human-led crafted intentionally and reviewed in-house to ensure originality, accuracy, and alignment with your brand. We do not use AI to generate final client logos, visual identities, or brand marks.

COPYRIGHT

 

All creative concepts, strategy, and designs developed by Studio Kynd remain the property of the studio until final payment is received. Upon completion, you will receive the agreed usage rights as outlined in your proposal or contract.

Studio Kynd retains the right to showcase selected works across our portfolio, website, and social channels. You may not alter, resell, or redistribute Studio Kynd’s creative assets, templates, or resources without prior written consent.
