I founded Studio Kynd in 2020, building an independent design studio shaped by intuition, curiosity and a considered approach to creativity. Iā€™m entirely self-taught, and my path into design was a little unconventional. Before Studio Kynd, I worked as an oncology nurse, an experience that still shapes the way I work today: listening closely, noticing the things that might otherwise be overlooked and balancing intuition with intention.

I lead the creative direction and design of every Studio Kynd project, working across brand identity, art direction and graphic design with founders and businesses around the world. Much of my work is influenced by the things Iā€™m naturally drawn to outside of the studio, art, interiors, architecture, travel, thoughtful details, natural materials and that beautiful tension between refinement and imperfection.

Six years on, Studio Kynd has grown into an award-winning independent studio, taking my work around the world and leading to an ongoing relationship with Adobe as a Community Leader and Ambassador. It still feels incredibly special that something I began by simply sharing my creativity online has grown into the studio it is today.

On Inspiration

ā€ ā€ ā€ You will find me in another country, exploring hidden corners of London, National Trust gardens, antique markets, art galleries and design-led spaces where someone has thought deeply about how it feels to simply be there.

Long hikes, wild swimming, time spent being in nature; present and completely away from a screen.

I find inspiration not in trends but in things that have already stood the test of time and I bring all of it into the brands we build.
