MOCK-UP LICENSE

Each Studio Kynd mockup is licensed for one (1) client project or brand use.By purchasing this mockup, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for a single brand, business, or client project only.

You may use this mockup to:

– Present one brand identity, packaging concept, or website design
– Showcase one client project in proposals, presentations, or case studies
– Share visuals created with the mockup on social media and websites
– Use within one commercial or client-facing project

This license covers both personal and commercial use for one end brand.

Per-Project Use

Each mockup purchase = one brand / one client / one project.

If you wish to use the same mockup for:
– A second client
– A different brand
– A new project for the same client
– A personal project and a client project

…a new license must be purchased for each additional use.

What Is Not Permitted

To protect the integrity and value of our work, you may not:

– Resell, share, gift, sublicense, or redistribute the mockup file
– Include it in template packs, bundles, or digital products
– Upload it to stock sites or resource libraries
– Claim the mockup as your own work
– Provide the editable mockup file to clients

The license is granted to you or your studio only, not to your clients or collaborators.

Client Work & Handover

You may use Studio Kynd mockups in client presentations and final visuals. However, clients may not receive the editable mockup file as part of a handover or deliverable.

Credit & Attribution

Credit is not required, but always appreciated. If you choose to tag or reference Studio Kynd when sharing work created with our mockups, it truly means the world to us.
