Playful Fonts, I am currently loving from Adobe

 
 
 

One of the most powerful parts of branding is how a single font can completely transform the feeling of a brand.

The exact same words can feel playful, nostalgic, romantic, editorial or quietly luxurious depending on the typography used. Before colour palettes, photography or even logos, typography often becomes the emotional tone of a brand.

Lately, I’ve been creating little Adobe Fonts explorations inside Adobe Express to test different visual directions and personalities. It has become such a playful and inspiring part of the creative process because it allows ideas to come to life quickly and intuitively.

For this series, I explored a mix of handwritten styles, timeless serifs and bold retro-inspired fonts to show how typography alone can shift the entire energy of a design.

What I love most is how accessible the process feels within Adobe Express. You can experiment freely with layouts, textures, typography pairings and visual direction without overcomplicating the creative process. It becomes less about perfection and more about discovering what feels aligned.

Typography is often underestimated within branding, but it quietly shapes perception before people even read a single word. It influences how trustworthy, elevated, playful or emotionally resonant a brand feels.
