Women across the world are not only building businesses, but birthing movement. For me, this path is personal. I was raised by a mother who walked the path of shamanism, and a grandmother, Big Mum, was a white witch. I still keep her pendulum with me, a quiet reminder of the magic that lives within our lineage. I miss her every day, but in truth, I feel her often.
That’s the beauty of blending spirituality into business, it becomes less about chasing and more about trusting and less about the hustle and more about being in harmony. I’ve made it my mission, through coaching, design, and the spaces I hold, to remind women that spirituality and strategy are not separate, they are soulmates.
When you build a business with spiritual foundations, you're not just offering a service, you're sharing a frequency. You're not just reaching an audience, you are calling in a community and when we work this way, our brands do not just attract, they align.
Simple Ways to Weave Spiritual Practice Into Your Business
( Create a Sacred Workspace )
Your environment holds energy. Surround yourself with things that inspire you, crystals, handwritten quotes, images that move you. This isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about anchoring your space in intention.
( Set Daily Intentions )
Before opening your laptop or checking your inbox, pause. Ask yourself: “What do I want to feel today? What energy do I want to bring into this space?”
Let your day be led from there.
( Practice Gratitude )
Gratitude is magnetic. Whether it’s clients, new opportunities, or creative breakthroughs , celebrate them all. I like to journal 3 things I’m grateful for every morning, even when they’re small. Especially when they’re small.
( Lean Into Ritual )
That might look like a morning meditation, pulling a tarot card before a client call, or lighting a candle before your Zoom meeting. Let it be whatever grounds you. Ritual makes the mundane feel meaningful.
( Trust Your Energy )
You are not a machine. Some days you will be radiant and ready to share, others you’ll feel more inward. Honour your natural rhythm. Build your business in a way that allows for both.
As a female founder, the world will try to pull you in every direction, but when you root your work in spiritual practice and when you trust your own rhythm, your own rituals, your own truth, you start building a brand that not only thrives… it heals.
This is what I teach in my coaching.
This is what I live by in my studio.
This is what I believe we all deserve to experience.
…because building your business with soul isn’t just a trend, it’s a return to self.
With love always,
