When I started Studio Kynd, I was a nurse with a creative itch and no formal design background just a vision, a big heart, and the quiet belief that maybe, just maybe, I could build something meaningful. I didn’t have a plan, but what I did have was mindset and that’s what changed everything.
For women in business, mindset is more than a buzzword. It is our anchor, our compass, our soft power in a world that doesn’t always make space for softness. While we navigate systems that weren’t designed with us in mind, it’s our internal world, our beliefs, our self-talk, our willingness to keep showing up and that is what shapes our external reality.

Running a business is never linear. There will be failed launches, missed opportunities, and moments you question everything. But resilience isn’t about never falling, it’s about how you rise. Let your setbacks become part of your story, not the end of it.

We lead with heart, with empathy, vulnerability, and vision. You don’t need to fit an old mould to be taken seriously. You just need to show up as you.
